The same pipeline, running for every client at once.
Nothing here is manual by default. Set a Monitor up once, and it keeps working until you tell it to stop.
Set up a Monitor
A Monitor belongs to one Client and watches one industry or campaign. Point it at a list of RSS and keyword-scored sources, and give it the weighted keywords that actually matter for that client – not a generic industry template, the specific language their real customers use.
An agency running six clients isn’t running one search – it’s running six completely different ones, each with its own vocabulary. Monitors keep that separation clean instead of one messy shared inbox.
Discovery & scoring
On schedule, every Monitor pulls new items from its sources and scores each one against its keyword weights before a human ever sees it. Only items that clear the bar become Leads at all – the rest never make it into anyone’s queue.
Scoring runs the same way every time, so a “77” means the same thing today as it did last month – no drift, no one person’s gut feeling deciding what counts as promising.
AI qualification
The strongest-scored candidates get a second, deeper pass – read, reasoned about, and qualified, not just keyword-matched. This is the step that turns “mentions the right words” into “actually worth your team’s time,” and it’s what separates a high-intent lead from a near-miss.
A relevance score, plain-language reasoning for why it scored that way, and – where it makes sense – a drafted outreach starting point instead of a blank page.
Act on it
From here it’s your call, made wherever’s convenient. Triage and qualify from the Leads on the Go companion app between meetings. Push straight into HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive so it lands where your team already works. Or generate a client-facing report and let the numbers speak for themselves.
Every one of these actions is scoped to the right client automatically – there’s no separate step to make sure a HubSpot push or a client report doesn’t cross wires between accounts.
It gets better at this on its own
The part most lead tools skip entirely.
Each client’s source library curates itself over time.
A source that keeps producing good leads for a client gets promoted; one that’s gone quiet or stopped being relevant gets flagged. That means the longer a Monitor runs, the better its own source list gets – without anyone going back in to manually prune an RSS list by hand. It’s the difference between a tool that stays exactly as good as the day you set it up, and one that actually improves the more you use it.
See it running on your own clients.
